Something is wrong with a charge
Email or call with the account email and the date of the charge. We answer within one business day. Please try us before opening a dispute with your bank — it is nearly always quicker, and a dispute freezes the account while it runs.
Refund Policy - 02
You want to cancel
You do not need us for this. Open Billing and use Cancel subscription. Two clicks. You keep access to the end of the period you have already paid for.
Go to Billing - 03
A generation came out wrong
Send the job title and what you expected. We will normally re-run it or put the allowance back rather than refund it, and we will tell you plainly if we think the output was as good as it was going to get.
AI Disclaimer - 04
You want your data, or you want it gone
Ask and we will export everything held against your account, or delete it. Deletion clears live storage immediately and operational caches within 30 days. We do not require a reason.
Privacy Policy - 05
Somebody has used your photographs
Tell us the account or the export and what was taken. Passing off another person's work is a straight breach of the Acceptable Use Policy and we remove it.
Acceptable Use Policy - 06
You need a sign-off, an inspection or a certificate
We cannot help, and we will not pretend otherwise. Workproof makes no assessment of work and issues nothing that carries weight. That has to come from somebody qualified to put their name to it.
